• Ellipticals often cost less than their treadmill counterparts.
• Depending on the resistance that you use, etc., you can
have either a low intensity or high intensity workout. The machines
are great for everyone!
• You can keep a forward motion, or you can switch it up and
start moving your feet in the opposite direction.
• They are relatively inexpensive.
• It is easy to set up your elliptical trainer in front of
a TV or a window at home so that you can keep yourself entertained.
The more entertained you are, the easier it will be for your to
continue to workout – it can really help to get your mind
off of your workout.
